Pricing is by per-page development or hourly depending on the website type.
 
   $150 per page (limited page length)

   $75hr. maintenance, alterations and website development

For larger projects, pricing is based on type of site- such as ecommerce and will be by bid.  All pricing and projects are negotiable.

examples:

     Family 3 page website w/video, and photo slideshows     $450

     Small business 10 page site $1500 (or bid depending on type of business)

 All maintenance and alterations are based hourly and will be negotiated at time of CONTRACT.

Webhost fees-Less than a $120 a year to include your domain name. I use a #1 rated hosting company for service, pricing and tools. It includes 250G of storage, 2500 e-mail accounts, c-panel w/ftp and much much more.

Pricing is generally unique to each website and will be bid as such, below I have put a general guideline together for pricing I use.
